Apollo Health Holdings LLC (“Apollo Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates getapollohealth.com (the “Site”) and the related waitlist and telehealth services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit the Site or join our waitlist.
Note on patient health information. If you become a patient and receive clinical services, the protected health information created or received in connection with your care is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law, including HIPAA, and not by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to our Site and our general marketing activities.
1. Information we collect.
Information you provide: When you join our waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your email address, first name, and the area of care you are interested in.
Information collected automatically: When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar data, through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: We may receive information about you from analytics and advertising providers and from platforms you use to interact with us.
2. How we use information.
We use information to operate and manage the waitlist; send you updates, marketing, and information about our launch and services; respond to your inquiries; measure and improve the Site; conduct analytics; deliver and measure advertising, including retargeting; protect the security and integrity of our services; and comply with legal obligations.

If you join our waitlist or otherwise opt in, we will send you emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us at office@getapollohealth.com. We honor opt-out requests as required by law.
4. How we share information.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information as follows:
Service providers: We share information with vendors that perform services for us, such as Customer.io (email and customer messaging), website hosting, and analytics providers. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
Advertising partners:We work with advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok to deliver and measure ads. This may include sharing identifiers such as a hashed version of your email address so these platforms can match you to an audience and show you relevant ads. Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under applicable law; see “Your choices and rights.”
Legal and safety: We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Apollo Health, our users, or others.
Business transfers: We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies.
We and our providers use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you may be able to opt out of certain advertising through tools offered by the advertising platforms and industry programs.
6. Your choices and rights.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time (see “Marketing communications”). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising or sharing. To make a request, contact us at office@getapollohealth.com. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law. California and certain other state residents may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising.
