These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of getapollohealth.com (the “Site”) and the waitlist and related services offered by Apollo Health Holdings LLC (“Apollo Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our services.

The Site provides information about Apollo Health and allows you to join a waitlist for our upcoming services. The Site is informational. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the Site or joining the waitlist does not create a provider-patient relationship. Clinical services, when available, will be provided under separate terms and consents presented at the time you enroll.

2. Not for emergencies.

Do not use the Site for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Site and join the waitlist.

4. Waitlist.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee enrollment, availability, specific pricing, or that any particular program will launch. Any founding-member offer or pricing is subject to the specific terms presented at the time of enrollment and may be changed or withdrawn. We may modify or discontinue the waitlist at any time.

5. Your information.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your submissions.

6. Acceptable use.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Apollo Health and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without our permission.

8. Disclaimers.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apollo Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apollo Health and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

12. Changes to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
